How to Refund a Course



We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on IKNOWLEDGY can be refunded within 3 days, only if you had watched less than 25% of the content for whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

  • Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. For more information regarding our refund policy, please click here.

  • Refund requests cannot be submitted in the IKNOWLEDGY mobile app.


How to request a refund from your Purchase history


If you’re accessing IKNOWLEDGY on a web browser, you can quickly request a refund by following the steps below.

1. Sign in your account.

2. Locate the course you wish to refund and copy the URL of the course.



3. Navigate to the bottom of the website and click contact us. 

4. In the email section write the email of yours that are connected to your IKNOWLEDGY account.

 5. In subject section write “Refund Request”

6. Write in the message section a reason why you’re requesting a refund for the course and then enter a brief description. The information you provide can help IKNOWLEDGY and the instructor improve moving forward.

7. Click send email.


Requesting a refund on a mobile device


Refund requests cannot be submitted in the IKNOWLEDGY mobile app. If you need to submit a refund request from your mobile device, please login into our mobile site on a browser, and submit your request from your account (as shown above). 


Refund Status



After you’ve submitted your refund request you will also be sent an email confirming that your refund request has been processed, please note that the refund can take time according the payment method and your location, for more information check our refund policy.
