Closing Your Account



This article outlines how you can close your IKNOWLEDGY account. If you're having trouble with the site, or if there's anything we can help you with before you close your account, please contact IKNOWLEDGY Support. ​


Please note that by closing your IKNOWLEDGY account you will lose access to all the courses you’ve enrolled in, including purchased courses.  If a course was purchased within the past 3 days, however, you can request a refund before closing your account.

How to Close Your IKNOWLEDGY Account


1. Sign in to your account.


2. Move your cursor to the bottom of the website and click on contact us.


3. Write “Close Account” in the subject section.


4. Write the reason of closing the account in the message section.


 

Please note that the account will be closed in 2 working days.
